Interesting. You are completely right, I don’t think it’s genetic or as simple as someone being “innocent” etc. But my experience is exactly the same – my booby friends are very promiscuous and I also know many of them want a relationship but fail to be seen as that kind of material. I think it’s more likely the case that if you are insecure or don’t know how to attract men the right way, and you have big boobs on top of that, they can be a great asset for attention and you end up with the wrong kind of attention.
If you’re a B cup, you can wear something low cut, but it will usually not look as provocative or vulgar anyway.
Of course I know girls with large breast who hate that guys only see their boobs even when they cover them up! It’s strange, everybody want their boobs to be bigger, firmer, higher, slightly smaller or whatever. But it’ll always be something wrong.

Yes, the big rack works better in theory than in practice. Guys get excited by a big rack because it’s just so much RACK and says “Look! I’m a rack!” But I have experienced (and heard other guys say) “What do you do with all of that?”
Big tits are fun, but big eyes are better. So sayeth Someguy.

Many blond guys look like they’re 12. Let’s not hate on them either. That’s why I suggest the beard.
I tend to believe there are size queens and size kings, and then the rest of us.
